The BioRisk Association of the Philippines 2015, Inc., through the Committee on Awards and Recognition defines a Biosafety Champion as a remarkable and inspiring person who has been recognized by the local biosafety community for making a significant difference in improving the practice of biosafety, biosecurity and biorisk management in the Philippines. The BRAP Biosafety Champion shall serve as a role model for others, emphasizing the importance of each individual in the fight against infectious diseases through laboratory biosafety, biosecurity, and biorisk management.

• Complete the nomination form with the necessary information. Handwritten forms will NOT be accepted. Use as much available space in this form as you believe is necessary to boost your nomination.
• The form is set up to autoflow. Do not make any changes to the form as you input your answers.
• “Save As” the form in doc format with the subject line <SURNAME 2026 BRAP Biosafety Champion Nominee>
