This post, (sent to your email too) is to confirm arrangements at the 2016 Personnel Reliability Program workshop in Cebu, Philippines from April 5-7, 2016.

FLIGHTS

Your flights to and from Cebu, Philippines have been arranged. You should have received your final travel itinerary by now from Katrina and Dr. Moreno.

ACCOMMODATION

We have confirmed a hotel reservation for your stay (April 4-7, 2016) at the Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel. As a reminder, CRDF Global will only cover the costs of then room and taxes.

MEALS

At the workshop all meals will be provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). CRDF Global is also hosting a Welcome Dinner on April 4, 2016 at 6:30 PM the Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel that all participants should plan to attend.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

The hotel will be providing you with a shuttle service upon your arrival in Cebu, Philippines. The shuttle service will have a sign designating your pick-up driver and vehicle. If you wish to travel throughout the week, taxis are readily available and can be paid for with cash.

POINT OF CONTACT

Olga Cherynsheva will be traveling to Cebu, Philippines to provide onsite support and be your primary point of contact. In case of any emergencies please contact Olga by email: ochernysheva@crdfglobal.org or phone: 703-225-8765. Olga will arrive in Cebu at 11:45 PM on April 3 and depart on April 8 at 8:55 AM. Additionally, she will be staying at the Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel.
